Well, as some of you know that it was mu life long dream to be a career firefighter. I think I have changed my mind. I dont have the passion or the drive for it like I used to. It makes me kinda sad to give it up because it’s a sweet rush-but that’s a really stupid reason to stay. I’m having a really hard time deciding whether or not to stop being a volunteer firefighter. I would appreciate comments and input from anyone who has ever felt like this or know;s how i feel right now., thanks

ok, i have been home from Vegas for almost 2 weeks, while i was there i didnt eat anything horrible and i drank a little so when i got back i ate clean and resumed my lifting routine while ramping up the cardio a ton. In the last week i have gained 1.5% bodyfat and i’m bloated out of my mind. what’s up with this? it’s miserable! what’s wrong with me? what should i do about it. My diet is very low sodium, low sugar, low carb, high water and high protein. what am i doing wrong? thanks for the help-i feel like POO!

Hello ladies, i was wondering if anyone has any posing suits (2 piece) they would like to get rid of at a reasonable price? I’m 5′7" 140lbs, 34A, 26 waist, 35 hip. I wear a size 5 to 7. I’m on a pretty tight budget and am looking for something under $100 for my first bodybuilding show! Please let me know if you know of any links or if you have one for sale! thanks a million!!!!!!!

so i have this problem…and it’s called Las Vegas! I am going at the end of the month-i’m way excited it should be a fun trip! But i have to start my bodybuilding diet the week i leave for Vegas! Talk about poor timing! So i’m wondering how in the hell i’m going to be able to stay on track while I’m down there as far as the drinking and diets are concerned. I’m not a huge drinker-but this is a 3 night bachelorette party, so alcohol will definately be a huge factor! Comments and advice are much appreaciated! thanks everyone
