what’s wrong with me>?

So i just got home from a photo shoot at my gym…and had a good experience. It’s just that I looked at the pictures and I look sickly-like anorexic looking. I know how to eat clean and all that, but I’m afraid to really EAT because I don’t like the feeling of being full. I would rather be hungry than have a muffin top or get bloated. I know that’s not the way life should be. BUt I can’t stop limiting myself. I’m down to 126lbs, and have been at that weight for a few weeks. I looked GOOD when I weighed about 135, but felt fat and bloated and felt thick and jiggly all over. What’s wrong with my head. I know this has to be mental. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

ok, so I eat incredibly clean about 85-90% of the time and I’m frigging bloated out of my mind. I have really low sodium intake and Im not constipated. Why am I retaining all of this water? The only thing i can think of is the glutamine. does anyone get the bloat from glutamine/? someone please help me out here, i’m miserable!

PEANUT BUTTER

Why? why? why? Why the hell did someone create something so genius and addicting?! It makes me mad! I love peanut butter to the point that it’s destroying my figure! Somebody please help me! I’m not just in love with regular PB, i’m overly obsessed with the Snaclite Power PB! why?! Not only is this problem wreaking havoc on my body, it’s draining my bank account! Everyone says not to worry, that it’s good for me to eat, but 2 cups a day? that cannot be good! Any suggestions? Thanks

I was flipping through the January issue of Allure magazine (strickly out of treadmill bordem) and saw one of the most appauling photos a fitness gal could see. It was an article about getting in shape. The pictorial was a stick thin model with no muscle tone wearing a metallic body suit, high fashion heels, and a fur coat! She was sitting on an AB Ball with a dumbell in one hand and a fast food soft drink in the other. What’s wrong with this picture?

saran wrap and Preparation H?

Ok, so has anyone ever heard of rubbing Preparation H on the stomach and tighs, then wrapping them tightly in saran wrap before bed? My coach is having me do this. Does this seem insane to anyone else? Has anyone ever heard of this or done this? I’m so blown away by the act of this. I tried it last night. It sucked. I couldnt wait for the night to end. to make it worse, i was told to take a cold shower when i woke up to wash it off-then to head to the gym after an ice-cold shower, talk about jello legs, i had no coordination what so ever! somebody save me! thanks!

Hey ya’ll! anyone who’s ever competed has used a tanning practice of some kind, right? Please share your tanning regimes with me, because i have no idea where to start or what to use! I have olive skin, and go tanning on a regular basis. But i have no idea about pre-contest tanning! Help! thanks

Carb Depleting

ok, so i’m now in that "dreaded" phase of my diet. They call it carb depleting. I dont know if i can handle this! I miss my energy. Does anyone have any ideas on getting past that feeling like your going to pass out while doing cardio? I take Cytolean in the morning before my AM cardio, then again 6 hours later. I also drink about 8 oz of coffee throughout the day-i dont want to be up all night. So how do i get past the exhaustion and the cravings and still be able to lift heavy without passing out? I’m only depleting for 3 days, then i up my carbs to 100 grams for the other 4. SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!! THANKS

Career Change….

Well, as some of you know that it was mu life long dream to be a career firefighter. I think I have changed my mind. I dont have the passion or the drive for it like I used to. It makes me kinda sad to give it up because it’s a sweet rush-but that’s a really stupid reason to stay. I’m having a really hard time deciding whether or not to stop being a volunteer firefighter. I would appreciate comments and input from anyone who has ever felt like this or know;s how i feel right now., thanks
