this is just wrong
I was flipping through the January issue of Allure magazine (strickly out of treadmill bordem) and saw one of the most appauling photos a fitness gal could see. It was an article about getting in shape. The pictorial was a stick thin model with no muscle tone wearing a metallic body suit, high fashion heels, and a fur coat! She was sitting on an AB Ball with a dumbell in one hand and a fast food soft drink in the other. What’s wrong with this picture?

Seeing the women in fashion magazines and the modeling shows on TV makes me sick and even more so when I hear people say that person is in shape. When their that thin, hardly eat, and you wonder where their muscles are… its to much! It sends the wrong messages to so many young women out there. I hope if I ever have a daughter of my own I can educate her enough so she knows thats not healthy and goes about it in a much better way.
