Fat and Unhappy
ok, i have been home from Vegas for almost 2 weeks, while i was there i didnt eat anything horrible and i drank a little so when i got back i ate clean and resumed my lifting routine while ramping up the cardio a ton. In the last week i have gained 1.5% bodyfat and i’m bloated out of my mind. what’s up with this? it’s miserable! what’s wrong with me? what should i do about it. My diet is very low sodium, low sugar, low carb, high water and high protein. what am i doing wrong? thanks for the help-i feel like POO!

Your body is probably just readjusting. Sounds like your diet and program are solid. Stick with it and youll bounce back. Best of luck!
