Well after my ankle injury,I missed Fridays workout,went back to gym Monday,Tuesday.Then short vacation.Today weighed myself and am at 204lbs.One of the guys at the gym said he could see it in muscle form.Remeasured Biceps–now at 16in.I have grown a half inch in size in just alittle over a week.Overall from starting at just under 15in.awile back.Starting to see improvement all over.Will have to get some updted pic’s soon.

Well I got frustrated for awhile and almost said the heck with it.But after realizing just how much I enjoy lifting and working out,I have been back at it with a vengence.By Bi’s went from 15" up to 15 1/2" in just ashort time.Leg muscle has increased alot same with upper body.Man it feels good!!!!And the I go fishing out on the jetty and on my way back in almost broke my ankle,ended up just a real bad sprain,they put a half cast on it.Not gonna stop me from my work outs!!!
