hey hey everyone…today is sat. i’m at work of course….today is an off day but yesterday i weighed in at 214…waist 34, bicep 17, and so on…worked shoulders, traps, and abs, 20 min. cardio…doin great…my diet is goin awelsome…i started taking anator p70, no-explode. 13% body fat…leave comments on my page…later

breakfast this morn. was 3 eggs, toast and some jelly…i get off work at 4 then time to hit the gym..i’ll be dong chest, biceps, and abs, and some cardio. everyone have a good day…later

the week has been good….iv’e stuck to my diet…basically 1 gm of proteit per pnd of body weight, 2 gm. of carbs per pound of body weight, you know…this and that, gallon of water a day…it was put together by a trainer at the gym…anyway…seems to be working…any advice is welcomed…lol…everybody have a good day and take it easy.

well weighed in at 214…today i worked legs…as much as i hate legs…i do it twice a week….also did about 30 min. of cardio…my day started at 8 am with egg whites, and some toast…lunch was white rice with vegies…no salt or seasoning….supper baked chicken and salad with some greens comin up…lol…worked out for 2 hrs…everyone have a great day…train hard
