So my competition season is over and I feel i didn’t give my best this competition season. For one thing while I was initialy excited about having a trainer, that excitement quickly turned to dread as I realized she wasn’t willing to work with me but simply wanted to tell me what to do, regardless of my suggestions.  so now it’s over and my focus is next year (no sense crying over spilt milk), one thing I really want to focus on is bringing my back up as much as possible with as much symmetry as possible. Secondly I want a really great shoulder cap so my seconf focus is on rounding out my shoulders and really getting that V-taper in. There are a few changes I’d like to incorporate for my competition preparation which I will post in future blogs. One thing I’ll say for certain: no one knows my body better that i do, and I will not take a trainer antime soon especially one that’s arrogant enough to thinks she know’s it all and doesn’t take suggestions or directions.

Now i have a trainer

So my contest day has been changed and I’m tanking God!!! So I have 11 weeks to go now. I have a pro bono trainer and she’s the best. So far I\ve lost like 14lbs and inches all over I’m sticking with my diet goin down 2 125gms of carbs and 150gms protein. The date for my show is 13th September and i want my stats to be 34-25-32 hmmmm lost of work to be done but I’m game

9 weeks to go

Ok so its June 2008 and my first competition for this year is August 14th 2008. Not sure how I feel about this competition but right now I’m down to 150gms of carbs 135-140gms rpotein and 50gms fat. From this week tho I’m going down to 125gms of carbs and leaving the protein where it is. I’ve increased my cardio and now walk for bout 1hr on the treadmill (hoping to streamline my legs) and another 45mins of either spin or more walking. I’m including some outdoor workouts as well and my usual 45mins of weight training.
