Kinda stayed the same for a few months.
I started work full time. I was on maternity leave for a while and my daughter started day care early so I had 3 months all to myself no work no child! Thats when the results started to show.
I still work out but only able to go in my lunch hour. And diet has changed slightly too. It was easier working out and eating better when I wasn’t workin. Easier to stay focused. Lunch time workouts are perfect because I have that time to myself. But I only have half an hour of actual work out time. Usually focus on weights and whatever time is left cardio which isn’t much. Lots of egg whites daily to boost protein and the occasional protein shake when im feeling hungry and don’t have enough protein available at work. Sitting at the desk all day makes me think about food when things get slow, So thats why it was easier to stay focused when I wasnt working.
But im enjoying life not limiting myself within reason and I still look like my pic so as long as I don’t go backwards thats a start. In the mean time I guess im just maintaining.

I have had some progress, will post up photos soon. Not really trying or pushing, being relaxed about it has helped.

stopped taking lipo 6. had these veins that popped out in my eyes and when I did some research its caused from high blood pressure and that is one of the side effects of lipo 6. in Australia it has been banned because it contains yohimbine. Yohimbine is used for things like erectile dysfunction haha.
Since stopping I really miss the energy it use to give me.
Been feeling really run down, possibly have the flue. I was worried about taking a break but feel better about it after reading http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/zaino4.htm
after 8-10 weeks its ok to have a week off!

Had a big night out with friends, the next morning woke up took my 2 x lipo 6 capsules and off I went for a 30 minute jog on a Sunday morning. Got home my husband was still in bed, when I told him where I was he couldn’t believe I put myself through that. But I loved it, I put my headphones on and off I went. I want to do that more often. Its hard just getting up and going when I have my bub to look after. I don’t fancy taking her jogging in the pram but I guess its better than nothing.
Running at the gym just ain’t the same.
