It’s been sometime since my last update, sorry for the wait ! I’ve been busy with stuff in the office, shifting of stuff and personal matters. Been to the gym a little less frequent probably twice a week down from my thrice a week affair. But still i maintained my 5X5 some what, some weeks excluding a certain session.
Current PRs:
Bench: 68.2 kg (150 lb)
Squat: 95.5 kg (210 lb)
Barbell Rows: 65.9 kg (145 lb)
Deadlift: 95.5 kg (210 lb)
Overhead Press: 31.8 kg (70 lb)
Weighted Dips: 18.2kg (40 lb)
Weighted Decline Situps: 15.9kg (35 lb)
My squats have improved quite a bit to 210lbs. Hopefully progressing to double 45lb plates for my Squats and Deadlifts. Bench Presses have halted quite a bit. still stuck at 150lbs. Only managing to clear the 5 reps of the 5th set marginally.
My bodyweight is currently stuck at 66.8kg, probably that might be the reason for my Bench Press, but i’m progressing on my Squats and Deadlifts still. I haven’t really been maintaining a very strict diet, not as strict as before my 3 week hiatus. But my BF feels quite lean right now and i still feel good.
Having a hard time training shoulders as well, there was a week where it hurt when i did my bench and my military presses and even dips. but it healed fine after a week, so i didn’t really take notice of that.
Was intending to get wrist straps for my deadlifts and rows, but apparently, it pretty hard to find them here in Singapore.
Well, Merry Christmas too all, enjoy the food and festivities !!! and also wishing one and all a Happy New Year and 2007 !!!!

Back from 3 week hiatus (1 week wisdom tooth removal, 1 week Hong Kong Trip, 1 week rest)
Weight dropped quite a fair bit, lucky for me i didn’t lose as much muscle as compared to fats from bulking. dropped from being 68.6kg to 66.4kg.
Decided to change my Incline Bench Presses to do Standing Military Presses.
luckily my lifts aren’t really affected, only for my Squats which i had to drop 10lbs from 205lbs to 195lbs. but deadlifts kept going up, bench press remained for my week back and rows kept increasing.
so current PRs:
Bench: 68.2 kg (150 lb)
Squat: 88.6 kg (195 lb)
Barbell Rows: 63.6 kg (140 lb)
Deadlift: 93.2 kg (205 lb)
Overhead Press: 31.8 kg (70 lb)
Currently, supplement intake is dropped from 3 to 4 times of Protein Shake a day to 2 times on workout days and 1 time on non workout days. Multi-Vits are taken once to twice a day.
Let’s hope everything gets back on track. after losing all that fat during my trip, and looking at a little more cuts from my bulking, i’ve decided not to get too excessively big, but still i gotta work more on my chests, abs, back and getting more definition overall.

Self Reflections:
Coming back from a 3 week break and a holiday took it’s toll a little. Having walked for endless hours during my trip to Hong Kong for 5 days, i swore my calves should have gotten more defined. lol.
Started off with lesser weights than my prev PRs just to get back the momentum. Squats felt really bad.
