Finished the last of the L-Glutamine. rather rough weekend caused my weight to fall quite a fair bit. today’s workout was terrific. i decided to up my bentover rows today, felt like it was just way too light. new PRs:

Bench: 145lbs
Bentover Rows: 125lbs
Tomorrow’s gonna be chinup day again. 50 chin ups with as little sets as possible.

Although i felt sore like hell before entering the gym, once i started on my squats, everything felt fine. I’ve just upped by PR

I breezed through the Bench Press with ease to much surprise, cause i felt that it was gonna the toughest one for me.
Saw a few guys Benching 155 lbs and i hope to hit in that a few weeks. After gym, my soreness went away surprisingly. Gonna have to get a good night’s sleep tonight. I swear i hope i can get outta bed tmr morning lol !
