1/3’s
Currently, my trainers have me working out in a program called 1/3’s. Its really difficult and a great shock to your muscles. Its like 21’s for your biceps except you use on your whole body.
For example: in a leg routine, you would do 4 sets of squats in a normal manner. Then you would do leg ext with a pause at the 1/3 way up, 2/3’s way up and at the top. then the same on the way back to the start position.

So you’re just pausing as regular intervals as you do each rep? Am I understanding that correctly?
