Congrats on the show! Its all about bringing your best package to the stage and it soulds like you were a success! I have never had a problem with competitiors at any shows, they should be embarrassed of themselves. I hope you didnt let it effect your experience.

Good Luck on reaching all your future goals :)

Know your limits then break them!!! Who wants to win on a technicality!!! I know what you are thinking “Who’s to say that the Number 1 would have lost if he wasn’t on the banned substance”. You want a clean win, that is undisputed, no cards, no Technicalities. Just you the Stage and the Lights!!! I say do it, compete in the masters and rock them. Now go kick some ass and good luck in NY!!!

You look great! Everyone wants to win but it really is all about the competition. My last show I placed 6th (as opposed to 2nd and 3rd in my other shows) but the caliber was much higher as well as the number of competitors. My sixth place finish is the one that I am most proud of even though I did not get to go home with a trophy! Good luck!
P.S. Great tip about the candybars (lol)!

The Diet looks good; I would not be too worried about the fats as we know they are good for muscle growth and repair. At 4500 calories what percentage is coming from your weight gainers??
As it may turn out that we end up on stage together I would suggest more snickers bars :--)

Gonna have to agree with you here Mark! It is amazing to see how "ridiculously" shredded some of these folks are. I definitely leave BodySpace feeling like 'Shamu' on some days, ready to hit the gym for like........four days straight!! It has been a great source of inspiration for me to stick with my cutting phase that I started ten days ago, for sure!

I completely agree!! i have been on bodyspace for a week and i love it!! i feel like the chellenge on my shoulders lightened up because now i have so much moral support coming from everywhere! And honestly i feel more normal on bodyspace....i feel bad sometimes when my very own friends tend to point me out like a sore thumb just because they have poor eating habits, and they do not consider eating 6 times a day healthy, so they worry about me!! and consider me "obsessed". to that i just respond... let me be i have my reasons.... i mean how do you condense eating right in 5 mins... you can't...
