thinking of adding weights to my workout routine this year! ive been getting alot of compliments and im surprised about that! so i was thinking of adding weights to my deal, but i dont want it to be really hard to cut weight for fighting does anyone have experience in this field?

You make me proud, and i know Papa is very proud of you! You carry on our tradition of being fit and amazing arms! Just think what you would look like if you had the time and place to train like most have on here! They better watchout if you do!

I was wondering, with your new training partner (Mr Goat Head), Your new diet of Hormel products, Potted Meat, Spam, The pork fat in a can of beans that sits on the top when you open it, Tripe, Gummy Bears, Candy cigerettes, Rotted Gator carcass on the side of the road. These are a few examples I think you should share with all of the common folk! You have been hiding this from them and I think you should truthful too all! Ive got the weights here anytime you decide to start lifting weights…So don’t be scared and timid, Your family won’t hurt you! Were a family of huggers, just like the Ending on Step Brothers!
