Early Bird
I train 3 to 4 days a week from 5:30am to 6:30am. I wake up at 5am to get ready. I want to eat something, should I wait and eat after my workouts, I also enjoy drinking a protein shake after I’m done. I usually mix it up, cardio & weights. I’m trying to eat alot smarter, and increase my meals to 4 or 5 smaller meals during the day. I realize eating a good breakfast will get me off to a good start. Any advice would be sweet.
