Sunday, October 19th, 2008Does anyone really look at what’s in foods now a days? I started reading all these chemicals and names I can’t pronounce. I was making my son his lunch for school and looked at a piece of white bread, it was amazing to see different swirls and things in one piece of bread. And no, it’s not just cheap bread. I started to read the label, ENRICHED FLOUR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, ETC. Soda’s forget about it, death trap. A bag of chips= ENZYMES, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, SODIUM CASEINATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE, CITRIC ACID. Don’t forget, lunchmeats, death trap. It’s crazy to look at it from this point of view, however, pretty scary. Eye opening. Another reason to start being aware of what we are putting into our bodies.
