Eating Clean?
I’m trying to eat five or six smaller meals daily, I eat alot of chicken, love fruits, working on veggies. Can anyone share some input on how eating clean improved their overall health, or share some cool menu items. Appreciate the love. Thanks. Mike.

Lean protein is good but many times fruit is a real problem source for anyone trying to lose weight. One of the reasons why a number of fruits are actually counterproductive for weight loss is because of their sugar content. I have found that berries are not a problem, blue, black and strawberries are all great and keep your blood sugar from rising. I enjoy them with my oatmeal in the morning and many times in either my cottage cheese or as a topping on my chocolate protein pudding at night.
