I’m getting tired of all the negative comments,ex.( to tired to work-out, it’s my metabolism, who cares anymore, I’m married w/kids, Mike, you like working out at 5am, wtf… Were all gonna get fat someday, I like to eat, the economy.) Life is tough, no doubt, however, if you give in, you give up choices, bad health, bad body, extra meds; etc. Be grateful we’re still here eachday to teach our love ones the right way to handle these problems. Make the most out of each day, and for everyone on this site, congrats, for choosing a better way of living. Stay Positive, Keep making your own decisions in life, choices are a beautiful thing.

I train 3 to 4 days a week from 5:30am to 6:30am. I wake up at 5am to get ready. I want to eat something, should I wait and eat after my workouts, I also enjoy drinking a protein shake after I’m done. I usually mix it up, cardio & weights. I’m trying to eat alot smarter, and increase my meals to 4 or 5 smaller meals during the day. I realize eating a good breakfast will get me off to a good start. Any advice would be sweet. Thanks.

Does anyone really look at what’s in foods now a days? I started reading all these chemicals and names I can’t pronounce. I was making my son his lunch for school and looked at a piece of white bread, it was amazing to see different swirls and things in one piece of bread. And no, it’s not just cheap bread. I started to read the label, ENRICHED FLOUR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, ETC. Soda’s forget about it, death trap. A bag of chips= ENZYMES, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, SODIUM CASEINATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE, CITRIC ACID. Don’t forget, lunchmeats, death trap. It’s crazy to look at it from this point of view, however, pretty scary. Eye opening. Another reason to start being aware of what we are putting into our bodies.
Who wants to do lunch?

I’m trying to eat five or six smaller meals daily, I eat alot of chicken, love fruits, working on veggies. Can anyone share some input on how eating clean improved their overall health, or share some cool menu items. Appreciate the love. Thanks. Mike.
