ok so the last couple of weeks seem like they have been going so slow and i want to scream!! i have 4 and half weeks left tell my forst show and it seems like forever.. i think i am just tired of the workouts its so rough.. i am so excited for it to come but man i am tired.. anyone else have a competition coming up?

ok so i am entering into a figure competition on June 14 yikes only 5 weeks away. i am happy with my results so far but of course i want more. this is my first competition and man!! i had no idea how hard this was really going to be. im doing 2-3 a days and of coursed my diet is very light. i am dreading the weeks to come. its seems like these last couple of days have been dragging how do i stay focused sometimes i just wanna scream lol.. well i wish everyone good luck on there competitions and now i realize what these people go through and i have a lot more respect for what they do. this is the hardest thing i have ever done. i am going to be posting some recent pictures soon. my body has changed so much since those last pictures. well thanks for listening. have a good day!

i just dont get how i get fit.. i mean i am trying really hard and eating what im duppose to be…. i got very discouraged when i checked my weight i hadnt checked my weight in like 2 weeks cause i wanted to see how much weight i lose you know what? i lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks whats up with that… im begining to think this was just not ment to be… for me anyway.. everyone has so much sucsess and i just really think that my body just doesnt want it … i am sacrafising so much not eating and working out twice a day you would think i would see a lot more … anyway i hate being negative but i am so frustrated .. ahhhh ( deep breathe) ok thats all i have to say …

ok so i have not yet puta pic up for this i just havnt had time i need to though.. i can see defenite progress… i have been so fustrated this week i even have been grumpy with my trainer and i dont mean to i just have been getting mad for everything and people have been telling… i have been trying hard not to today..i think its because i want results like yesterday and of course everything takes time… yesterday i did half an hour on the stairs an hour on the tredmill and then i trained for another hour so i was there for 2and half hors and then in the eveing i went and ran out side for about 45 minutes i know i need more cardio thats why i did so much…
anyway i have not weighed myself in like 2 weeks cause my traineer siad i was going by my wieght instead of the way i feel and look… today we were going to weigh me and take my bf but he never showed up so i got upset of course!! and i hate being like that so i just did an hour and half of cardio so when i was leaving and he shows up.. and he had a very good reason for not being there… so i still havnt weighed myself and have been dying to.. i used to weigh myself everyday.. so i guess im gonna go train tonight and hopefully he will be able to do my bf ..
i was very excted today because i tried on my pants that i havnt warn in like months and they accually fit!!! well they always fit but my fat would hang over a little and they dont at all…. yeah!!

so today is my first day on my new "diet" i have been working out constantly and my eating has been ok. so today my trainer gave me a challenge to see how my body changes in a month by sticking to my "diet" my goal is the 4th of July. i want my body to look totally different. so lets see how it goes, so i guess i am suppose to eat 5-6 times a day chicken and broccoli for a month stright i guess we will see how it goes i alrealy know i am going to get tired of eating it everyday but i really want to see how much of a change it will be. i will post a pic ture every week to see my progress…, wiish me luck

so i have been working out for 3 weeks straight and have not lossed any weight in fact i gained a pound i hate this. i feel so fat. am i ever going to start losing. i see some of the girls on here that are my height 5′0″ and they are weighing aound 105. this sucks because i used to be there no muscle but i hate being like this i weigh 10 pounds more than what im suppose to. grrr!

so yesterday i went to work out at 7am. i did 25 minutes of cardio on the stairs then did about 10 minutes on the tredmil. after i did a real good bicept and tricept work out and some abs. Then i worked out again at 7pm. after work and did another hour of cardio 30 minutes of stairs and 30 minutes of running on the tredmil. So i guess i had a good workout. my diet yesterday was not as good i had a small bowl of cereal 2% milk, after i worked out i had a protien shake. i had a salad with chicken. a kellogg’s spaecial K bar. . Then i went to my cousins bday party and i had a slice of PIZZA ahh! i know not good i also had salsa too. ate turkey and then last night i cooked chiken and another protien shake.so i guess not very good. im not sure exactly how much calories carbs ect,. im suppose to be taking a day so if anyone could help me out with that it would be great!

ok so, i have been working out for about three weeks straight now, i dont think i have ever gone that long religiously. Anyway i just started working out twice a day just this week. i get up at 7am i usually will do cardio for the first hour and then i will lift. And then after work i go again at 7pm and do another 30-45 min cardio session. and it has been good. but it is really hard to stay motivated expecailly in the morning to get up and of course after work i just want to go home and rest. but i am determined to look the way i want to look and get into it before school starts again in august. The hardest thing for me is my diet i have been trying to eat right but sometimes i will cheat a little. i usually will eat a protien shake in the morning (rocky road my fav.) than i will eat maybe an orange at 10 am or a bowl of cereal 2% milk(dont know if thats good). Then for lunch i will have a salad and chicken fat free ranch dressing (dont know about that either) at 5pm another orange or something. i eat another salad with chicken. so i dont know if this is ok but its better than what i used to eat. if anyone has any advise for me i would really appritiate it.
