ok i really need to get my lower abs.. its so hard for me i do abs every morning and every night but it seems to be making little progress and suggestions.. thanks

Abs are the last part to come. it’s about 80% clean diet (and time for the diet to work) and 20% training them with weights just like you would any other muscle.
