I had the same problem. I wasn’t eating enough and my body wouldn’t let go of the weight. I changed my diet and lost 6 lbs.

Sorry things are not working out for you… Just my 0.02 cents! Try and eat more, and train less. And give it time too.

2 pounds in 2 weeks is not that bad.
Besides there are 2 things i noticed that you do.. you mentioned you are not eating, and you excersise twice a day.
You should consume 6 to 8 meals a day, 3 main meals.. which is your breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then snacks in between those meals. Your meals should contain fat/protein/and carbs. You need to eat fat to lose fat..
Training twice a day can lead to overtraining, which is will hinder fat loss, try working out once a day, 3-5 times a week.
Some good fat lose tips are: doing cardio in the morning on empty stomach. Drinking 1-3 cups of green tea a day, grapefruits are known for their help in fat burning, for cardio do HIIT (high intesity) that maximizes your fat burning, and you continue to burn fat for a few hours after you are done working out. Eating 6-8 meals a day will keep your metabolism at its highest, thus making sure you keep burning fat throughout the day.
I kind of put a lot of info on here.. but I hope it helps. If you have any questions ask.

Well I figured I’d offer some suggestions b/c I’m bored but also b/c your a cutie
Anyway It’s all about what you eat, when you eat it, how often you eat it etc. Cardio is also a big thing. There are only 2 times in a day in which it is beneficial to burn fat. 1) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach 2) immediately after weight training. If I knew more about what your eating, daily habits/routine etc. I could help you out a bit better but honestly losing 1.5 pounds a week is good standard to go buy. If you are loosing it faster you will be undoubtedly loosing muscle with it and it is unhealthy to lose a lot of pounds quickly. If you have any questions or anything feel free to PM me. Stick with it. It usually takes a month or more of switching something up to see actual results in the mirror. Stay dedicated. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.

Lets start off with you are a beautiful young lady. Not sure what your goal weight is, but it appears you were happy at 107, but your photo comment says you had no muscle per you. You said you want to lean out and gain muscle. You can not accurately gage your progress by the scale. Muscle weighs around twice as much as fat (I dont know the exact numbers), so if you lost 2 pounds of fat and added the same "volume" of muscle then the scale would say you gained 2 pounds. Does that make sense? In other words stop worrying about the scale, judge your body by the mirror not the scale. Keep doing what you are doing. BB
