hey, what all of those folks said was right on, but you have to look at your size and weight. you are 5 feet tall and 112 lbs. your abs are showing nicely from your pics, if you want to look like the chicken tunas of the world you have to eat really clean and like every hour or so from when you wake up until you fall asleep. personally i think you are in great shape. those women walk a thin line from being too muscular and not feminine looking enough, to being not slim enough and failing to show well at figure competitions. if you are going for a beach body, you are there girl. but who am i? if you have a goal you have to do it right and let the weight come off naturally, otherwise you risk gaining it all back in one fell swoop the second you slip up and miss a week of training. give it time and the results will feel better. remember rome wasnt built in a day.
    keep on keepin on!!!

find your Basal (basic resting life support) Metabolic rate (you should go to fitday.com; they do it for you and you can keep tabs on your diet if your counting calories, proportion, % of fat/carb/protien in your diet).

From there you can asses how much calories your burning (daily living + daily activities) to maintain your current body weight.

you could go 40/40/20 (% protien/carb/fat) or low carb (high protien/fat) ect ect. So many out there.

after that you can divide the calories by how many meals consisting of what (some basic math req.).
And no carbs after 6pm would help. Then there’s the suppliments but thats just another story all together. Others will help you as well but thats just very very basic stuff. Good luck and stay strong. The weak is food for the strong.
