Good luck! Yeah, it’s not the greatest thing eating like that, but you get use to it, or at least accept it to reach your goals. I just started my diet to shed a few lbs of fat was well.
That’ll be cool to see your progress. Just stick with it, and train hard!

That’s it!!!! Just chicken and broccoli 6 times a day??? Is he putting you on a extremely low carb diet? For a month? WOW that’s not healthy! You need carbs but low GI ones, and some fats as well. I don’t like the sound of this diet at all… It sounds like the last week of a pre-contest diet, but for a month long. This is not something I would recommend. BTW trainers are not allowed to issue you a diet to follow, it is illegal. Only nutritionists are legally allowed to give you a diet to follow. Please clarify if chicken and broccoli is all he is giving you to eat. Might I suggest eating oatmeal and sweet potatoes for your carbs and fish oil tables and other healthy fats as well!

try and stick to it… eating 6 times a day was the wierdest thing to me in the beginning.. now its clock work… im never hungry.. and even losing weight while doing it…
I prefer bland chicken to a juicy steak .. now… so anything is possible.
ps, get some pics up when you get going… your looking good already from the profile pic..
Rock on.
