Stay focused on your goals! Remember that consistency is the key to weight loss/muscle gain. I know what you mean though. I am currently 10 pounds lighter then one month ago and I feel fatter now then I did then, but it’s mainly all water retention and bloat. In a few days the fat will begin to fall off rapidity due to forcing the body threw consistency of my clean diet and workouts.

Well the thing is is that you are gaining weight, muscle weight. You just might need to fix your meals or do more morning cardio on an empty stomach. I started morning cardio and lost 2 pounds so far.

The weight loss is all about the diet sweetheart. The gym will tone your body but it’s all about what you eat:)

thanks for the advise and i know its about the diet but i have been eating clean well a lot more than i used to when i was lighter.. is it because im drinking a lot more water? and i have been doing cardio twice a day just statred that this week but still shouldnt that do something

the water might be keeping the weight up but it is more likely to be lean muscle tone, keep at it and the weight will start to fall off

No…the water isn’t exactly what is making you gain. Actually when you are working out daily your body needs at least 1 gallon of water a day. It is unhealthy to not drink at least that much water a day while on a strict workout. Your body needs water. Dehydration is a risk factor that many face when working out for long periods of time and that is all because of not enough water in your body. If you want to lose weight ‘healthy’ then just make sure you are on a healthy diet. That means no fast food, no drinking, eat salads, lots of fruits, and lay off the calories. Keep working on your cardio, and alot of work you do on your abs, and obliques really burns alot as well. Just keep your head up, you can do it!

    Good luck,

    John

If you have been working out for 3 weeks, you may have gained some muscle, take measurements and go by them as well!

Weight is nothing but a number for you to get grey hair about. How you look and feel is what matters. I’d look more at measurements and how you perfrom when you go to the gym. You might look everybit as good at 114 as someone else does at 104. Looking at your progress pics, I’d say that 114 looks great on you.
