Protein pancakes and coffee

for breakfast this morning i decided to have protien pancakes MMM!!

My ratio: F19 C29 P54

 

1/4 cup oat meal

1/2 scoop Ultimate provider

3 egg whites

 

blend together in magic bullet and tada!! protien pancakes this works out perfect for me cause im maintaining my weight. but you can change it to your convenience!! :) and i have t have my coffee.lol:) today i did haznut cinnamin Mmm i use soymilk Cappachino flavor and splenda for coffee flavors they have many flavors.. i have them all lol .. I love coffee

Well it has been 5 days since the show and geez!!! i am ready to go back to the gym already!! but my trainer says 7-10 days off!! my body needs to recover..

well sunday and monday i ate like a pig!! and i had no idea how much calories i was eating cause i didnt right anything down in my journal. and besides my trainer says take it easy and eat what you want til you get back in the gym well i did.. not a good idea after i calculated everything i was way up ther geez!!! thats why i always write it down o well i guess.. I had been deprived of food for so long i just took advntage.

we went to a restuarant monday for lunch I ordered tilapia steamed vegitables and sweet potato heathy right? NO!!! they drenched my tilapia and vegitables in some kind of sauce and it was soooo greasy!! good thing i made sure to tell the waitress i wanted my sweet potato plain!! Now i know that when you go out to eat you have to be specific about everything!! i guess i didnt know this because before i did this show of course i didnt eat right and had no idea how to order! But o well you live and you learn lol

Anyway after that i have been eating my regular portion sizes and feel much better but i know i have put at least 2-5 pounds from those meals. I am so ready to get backin there.. I plan to gain some lean mass… any suggestions I have never done the gaining part yet!! well i am very excited.. im sure once i get back in the gym everything will nuturalize and i will feel much better well any way

Yes i actually did it!! My very first show i took 1st place in the novice Short class!! I am so excited and i feel proud of myself that i stuck it out went all the way!!! it was all worth it!! it is something i wil never forget!! i cant wait til my next show i will look even better!! thanks for all the support!!

Morning workout

This is the first time i write my work outs but i figure what the heck. i had a killer hamstring workout I can hardly walk!!!! I LOVE when i feel like this..

Hamstring curl  set 1: 25Wx10 each leg, Set 2: 25Wx10 (half way down), Set 3: 25Wx10 (half way up)

Leg Press: Set1: no weight 30 reps, Set2: 90Wx12 (feet together feet at the top of the platform)Set3: 90Wx12 (same)

Dead leg lifts: Set1: 50W(bar)x10, Set2:Single leg50Wx10 Set3: single leg50Wx10

Lying hamstring curls: Set1: 25wx20 Set2: 35Wx20

Also this exercise i dont know it is called but you get on your knees and put your feet under something to hold you down and you lean foward as far as you can without touching the floor and bring yourself back up this also works your calves when you get up your legs will be hard to straighten. lol

WOW!! its official. i have 6 days til my first show!! it seems like  have been waiting for this time to come forever!!! i cant believe it i am getting nervous i hope everything goes well!!! i cant wait to eat after lol!!!

Life!

Well i was actually pretty tired when i woke up this morning to eat at 4:30 because i could’t sleep last night all i caould think about was the show.. i cant believe its next weekend yikes!!! lol

Anyway after waking up i did my morning 6 o’clock cardio 10 minutes on the bike and 40 minutes of stairs.. Sweat! sweat! sweat! i love it when i sweat cause i know i am working hard.. then i did a killer leg workout my legs were jello… i then came came home took my protien Mmm! and crused the internet for a while.

My second workout of the day is at 1 pm Idid my 30 minutes of cardio on the bike and really pushed myself!! once again Sweat! sweat! sweat! :) i then did a back great back and abs work out!! phew it was a hard one!!

I also got my pics from the shoot today loving them.. they came out great!! next time i will pump up a little before and take some in different outfits!! who hoo!!! and i was in a good mood all day!! lol

Its really weird is that when i started training i was so pshyced because i was going to get in shape but i had no idea how hard it actually was going to be!! i used to have to force my self to go to the gym.. i also hated doing cardio!! and the diet was hard for me.. especially when i had a family gathering i had to watch everyone eat while i was having my brocolli and chicken.. and then to make it worse they would rub it in my face and say Mmm doesnt this look good.. but they didint know that it how hard it really was they took it as a joke.. :(

And now i am a totally different person i LOVE LOVE LOVE going to the gym and working out i also LOVe todo cardio too!!!! I dont eat anything unhealthy and i really dont want to.. I know what it does to you and now i learned how to make healthy food taste good not so bland!! my family has gotten better but after the show they will really see what i have been working so hard on!! i dont like to show anyone my body they moslty ask to see my abs but i dont show them because i want them to be surprised!!! and i know they will.. they just think im skinny but i just tell them " i just lost mast of my bodyfat and this is who i am" everyone in this town is no affence FAT!!! My trainer and i are the only elite athetes in this town and no one comes even close to being where we are and i am serious we are the ONLY 2!!!! and everyone thinks i torcher myself but once you get passed the hole thinking your "dieting" part and really take a look at what you are doing. it is a way of life for me!! and will always try to be in the best shape and health of my life!!! 

its funny cause people will tell me your too skinny!! your too skinny!! and then they go and tell me i wanna lose weight can you help me!! ha ha!!! people in this town have never seen anyone in shape and not fat so to them im Anorexic.. HMMM whatever!!

I just wanna say dont give up!! i wanted to give up a couple of times and thought i couldnt do it but you can really do anythig you really WANT!!!

Tanning ?s for the show

ok so i have been tanning for about 2 weeks now on the beds this is totally noremal for me as i tan every summer but i was just wondering are you suppose to get ready after they spray tan you at the show? and do theysray your face? i guess i should take a dark color of make up right? as i will be darker and i dont want my face to be all white and by body dark.. should i get ready before i go. im so confused and really excited as you can tell its my first show.. :) well if you have any suggestions please let me know! :)

People just dont get it

ok so this weekend of course my family is having a bbq and i am 4 weeks out from competition and cannot eat anything.. They had hamburgers hotdogs chillie beans cake pudding ice cream you name it they had it.. and yes it was very tempting.. but what gets me mad is when they rub it in my face like "look Felicia doesn’t this look so good" i said why do you do that!!! i know that they are messing aroud but at this piont in time i am just not in the mood to be messing around.. so then its my time to eat 6 o clock while everyone is having their potato salad and hamburgurs i am eating my asparagous and steak whic im pretty tired of eating.. well here comes my brother and sticks his hands in my steak and gets a piece.. OMG i went off!!! i mean im not trying to a bitch but this is all i get to eat you have all that food in there enjoy it dont come over here knowing this is all i have. and ya everyone freaked out because i am so not a bitch but it when it comes to the only fod i can eat please dont mess with me. everyone was laughing becuase they say "its just food" well they jsut dont understand.. no one in my family is healthy and they dont understand why i do this they think that i am starving myself they say that im too skinny but its not thay im too skinny i just dont have too much body fat and they think that its gross.. but i think they just dont know what healthy is because thei too busy stufing their faces.. geez no on know what im going through. so then they ask me if i wanna go have breakfast this morning because they think i need to eat…. ok i am so ready for this competition to be here..!!!! why is it taking so long!!!

I need to find music

Ok my show is in exactly 4 weeks and i cant wait it seems like it s taking forever.. any comments on how to stay focused im am so tired of this already i have been training since january.. Anyway the real reason i wrote is because i need to find music to walk out to for my show. i want somehting upbeat but not to fast where i cant walk in those shoes lol.. well if you know of any good music let me know :) i would really appretiate it
