2 things I want to add here. I noticed you were worrying about gaining wait in one of your progress pics. I would not worry too much about it. It is the bodyfat you are fighting not the weight. Most poeple do gain weight in the beginning. It is the added muscle that has upped your weight and in the long term this is a good thing. The muscle will help you lose the bodyfat by increasing your bodies need for calories and by speeding up your metabolism. I know this is hard to accept but trust me in the end it will be a good thing.

The second thing; I do understand your aversion to getting a “job” and not a career. It does happen. I once read that in the last few decades one thing has changed amongst most people; they tend to have more than one career during the lifetimes. Even if you find your “perfect career” you may change your mind in the future. I do believe it is important to find a career that you enjoy doing, but do you believe this enjoyment will always last? I am currently looking at what I want to do in the future. I started with Information technology which has always come easy to me and I do enjoy. Every day I feel the enjoyment slipping. I do not enjoy it as much as I once had and I would prefer a career where I get to help people, one possibly in the medical field. Who knows maybe this will change again and I will start enjoying my current career but I do not believe so. People are living longer and longer and our passions do change. What I am getting at is do not worry too much about the career of your future because this may change in the future. Find something you enjoy doing that helps pay the bills and keep your eyes open to the change. Good Luck!

When I crave the cola flavor, I go for a Coke Zero or Diet Coke or similar, rather than HFCS sodas.

I know *exactly* how you feel. One thing that has helped me is to stop thinking about what I did and focus on the task at hand. Every good thing I do gets celebrated in my head. Hey - whatever works right?

Just sorry you're feeling so low.. here's to feeling better!!!! :) You can do this

Weekends are the hardest for me. Diet is the main key to weight loss. five to six meals a day then throw in the cardio and weights and you will succeed. Remind yourself daily way you are doing this and you will find the motivation. For me, I also blog daily well as close to daily as possible. If I have to report to my friends that I screwed up, it really piss me off. They keep me on track.

Hey, you are setting goals. That is awesome. And by posting them here, it gives you even more of an incentive to fulfill them. Keep it up.
