Hey girl! I couldn't read this and not reply to it! First off!!! I am *SO* sorry for the loss of your mom. :( People deal with the death of people in all sorts of different ways, and sweetie, you need to allow yourself that, and be easier on yourself. You sound so disappointed in being so far from your goals, but given what you've been through, it's not only natural, but expected that those things would get put on hold for a bit. It doesn't make you a failure. So you have 25 to lose instead of 10. That's okay. YOU CAN DO IT! You have the knowledge and I can tell you have the drive to get there. So no more beating yourself up. You don't deserve that. ;) Now show us how it's done! :)

Hi Fenix, You are well on your way! Make sure you are not doing too much cardio too fast because your body will adapt and you may hit a plateau. So be sure to cycle your cardio and incorporate some HIIT in there. I transformed in about 4 months total, and I have to say that 90% is diet. So keep it clean girlfriend, and you will do great!! Good luck!

I'm headed for a four month transformation beginning Nov. 1. Yes this means crazy clean nutrition through the holidays...but so what!?! I love training of any sort but my biggest concern/challenge is...THE FOOD!!! So I will be on the hunt for all the nutrition tips I can get. I've got to get a command of my nutrition despite working a split shift, being hella busy, and raising three kids (ages 8, 6, 6). Besides...I'm not the trainer hypocrit! I just need advanced competition nutrition and an awesome support system.
Reinvent, resurrect!
