I have been at it for a while and not seeing the progress I expected. Why? Because I am weak when it comes to making the nutrition happen!!!! Uurrg! Add a recent family catastrophe and voila….it feels like day 1. With April 19th around the corner, I’ve got to get it up and running…then steamroll forward. Back to the basics….fish/chicken/veggies/protein supps/water and train like a BEAST (we all love this part)!Watch my update pics March 1 and wish me consistency!!!

Good luck to you. I the end the body will do what the body will do. This race is not a sprint but a marathon. Long term gains take long term persistance. Good luck to you and stay focused daily!
