I’m headed for a four month transformation beginning Nov. 1. Yes this means crazy clean nutrition through the holidays…but so what!?! I love training of any sort but my biggest concern/challenge is…THE FOOD!!! So I will be on the hunt for all the nutrition tips I can get. I’ve got to get a command of my nutrition despite working a split shift, being hella busy, and raising three kids (ages 8, 6, 6). Besides…I’m not the trainer hypocrit! I just need advanced competition nutrition and an awesome support system.
Reinvent, resurrect!
Hi Fenix, You are well on your way! Make sure you are not doing too much cardio too fast because your body will adapt and you may hit a plateau. So be sure to cycle your cardio and incorporate some HIIT in there. I transformed in about 4 months total, and I have to say that 90% is diet. So keep it clean girlfriend, and you will do great!! Good luck!
