Did chest, shoulders, and some abs this morning. My abs are still sore from yesterday.
Warmup Bike: 5 mins. at level 10
Bench Press: 2×8x115, 1×8x125, 1×20x45, 1×15x55
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press 1×12x45, 2×8x65
Pec Deck Machine: 1×12x20, 2×12x30
Seated Cable Oblique Crunches: 1×20x40, 2×20x50
Cable Crossovers: 3×30x12
