10-13-07 Workout
This morning I hit chest and shoulders. Here’s how it went:
Warmup Treadmill: 5 mins at 3.7mph
Warmup Bench Press: 1×65x12
Bench Press 3×125x8
DB Decline Bench Press 3×30x12
Cable Flies 3×50x8
Shoulder Press 3×70x12
Lat Raises: 3×20x8
Side Bends: 3×30x20
I think it was a decent workout, but next week I’m definitely gonna start hitting it harder.
