Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I've worked in factorys for a while and know all about the "vend o death". If you can't make it to the gym your food is even more important. I know time is a problem so try using your shakes to free up some food prep. Also lean Deli meat, fruit, Jello can be a easy source of good food. I would also recommend sweet potatoes for a carb source, and they microwave great. I would also prep some meals for the week on your day off so you're not eating only Deli meat. You'll notice the differance in how you feel.

Great job on your bench! 280 is awesome. I haven't lifting in about two months since I broke my elbow...so hopefully when I start, I don't lose to much. I want to be at 300 by summer! That is good for me!

It's amazing how great everyone is on here. I have had some times when I was depressed about my progress and there was always someone to help.

By the way keep up the great work!

we all have been there, grab something fast or just giving in to temptaion. Usually never is as good as we thought it would be.

Dn't be too hard on yourself, no body can eat totally clean all the time. Just need to plan better and have good options on hand.

Keep battling it will pay off!
