Valid Excuse or not?????

For the first time i can sypmpathise with those that claim that they do not have time for the gym……. For the last month i have been working from 7:00 am to 1:00 am, 2 jobs, and i have not been able to make it to the gym, my eating habits have gone down the drain, all i have time for is Fast food on the fly……. I wanna keep my 2 jobs, well more like i need to keep my 2 jobs, but at the same time, i have no time for the Gym. I get home at 1:30, hit the bed, wake up at 6:00 then have to be at work at 7:00, that’s 4 1/2 hours of sleep, that leaves no time, for the gym………The one day i do have off, Sunday, and one day at the gym makes no difference……. I think i have gained a little over 5 lbs since this 2 job juggling act started…..I am the type that even looks at a cookie and gain a pound…… I am frustrated….. as soon as i get home i am like a zombie heading for the bedroom, i don’t have much time to prepare meals,……. i sound like the people that i have never had sympahy for, the people that make " EXCUSES "….. do i have a valid excuse, or am i just giving up?????

Sounds like you have a lot going on. I’ve worked in factorys for a while and know all about the "vend o death". If you can’t make it to the gym your food is even more important. I know time is a problem so try using your shakes to free up some food prep. Also lean Deli meat, fruit, Jello can be a easy source of good food. I would also recommend sweet potatoes for a carb source, and they microwave great. I would also prep some meals for the week on your day off so you’re not eating only Deli meat. You’ll notice the differance in how you feel.
