Stitches out
Today my stitches came out from my surgery……the surgeon said the tendon is healing well, he said instead of four, three more weeks in a cast and then i can start rehab. It sucks, because i have to go thru rehab and i still wont be 100% until another month or so after the cast comes off………I miss the gym, the boxing….soon enough i will be back at 100%.
