First Day
Woke up this morning, had some cereal, whole grain cereal with skim milk. For the rest of the day i plan on having a grilled chicken sandwich, salad, and water ( for lunch ). Fruit as a snack before dinner, and for dinner a piece of grilled chicken with some steamed vegetables and some rice. Before my workout ( 1 hour weights, 30 minutes cardio ) i will have a whey protein shake.
