Injured

Monday, June 30th, 2008

yesterday sucked….i cut my hand and cut some tendons in it which make my hand not be able to move well….It sucks cuz i was doing so well with my goal…i had already gone down another notch on my belt…im kinda bummed out…..since i have back and leg problems the only cardio that i have found that doesn’t hurt me too bad is hitting the boxing bag…and it has helped a lot thus far. Right now though i have no strength in my right hand and i can’t lift or box in god knows how long…….Im having the tendons repaired today. I hope everything goes well..

Day 11

I have now lost a total of 6 pounds….. I am feeling good about myself and i can already tell a difference with my belt. I feel kinda low on energy though….i guess the guys from the forum are right…i need more carbs in my diet…….I will have some progress pics soon. Thanks for visiting.

Had some Cereal again for breakfast……i will have tuna for lunch, apples to snack in between meals…..protein shake later today before my workout…..I need to cut bread out of the equation and sodium….

First Day

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

Woke up this morning, had some cereal, whole grain cereal with skim milk.  For the rest of the day i plan on having a grilled chicken sandwich, salad, and water ( for lunch ). Fruit as a snack before dinner, and for dinner a piece of grilled chicken with some steamed vegetables and some rice. Before my workout ( 1 hour weights, 30 minutes cardio ) i will have a whey protein shake.
