Not sure if I’m making any.  I’m doing all the stuff you’re supposed to do - changing up cardio, changing routine, eating cleaner, but I seemed weaker today for most exercises.  Also pulled neck slightly.  I do, however, feel maybe more pumped than say last week, feel solid during the day.  I’ll keep hitting it.

Did HITT on treadmill today, 30 mins.

Still cutting…

I feel like I’ve been trying to get cut forever… It’s been months.  I’m dropping a little weight - down to 183 now - but I just feel smaller, yet not more defined.  I’m very strict on calories and food, but I do go over my allotted 2200.

I’m eating more veggies.  I’m drinking at least 1/2 gallon of water a day.  And dude, I’m using Androgel.  I planned on a one month trial, but it may take longer to feel any results in mood/energy/gym.

I ran out of time this a.m. so only did 27 minutes on eliptical, but burned, per the computer, 400 calories.  I’m hitting the HITT harder.  Will shoot for 45 mins most days, with more intensity.  Also, mixing it up - did treadmill and bike this week.  May also start to swim.  Roy wants to do a tri…

It Starts

Day Two.

Just started Androgel last night. My test. was only 302 - down over 40 from 3.5 years ago. Dr. gave me a prescription for Androgel and I’ll try it for a month. If I feel amazingly different, I’ll stay on it. If not, I’ll stop due to risk factors. I sort of feel like I’m cheating, but I just want my test to be normal, not be sor tired, and be more excited about life.

And dude, of course I’m stoked of the help it should give me in the gym.

Today was back and bi’s. Average work out. Changed it up. Did like 33 wide grip pullups with wraps (i’ve done more), then did pullups with a 45 hanging from a belt. Best set was 6-7 reps with the 45.

I did one armed dumbell rows with a 120. Added in barbell rows for a change with 185 I think. Also did some machine I rarely do.

For biceps did standing dumbell preacher curls and straight bar standing curls. Went light on the latter due to forearm issues. I’ve laid off them for months now.

So far, I feel nothing from the andro. Will keep you advised.
