March 28, 2007Well this is my first blog post here at bodybuilding.com. I have been lifting on and off ever since I got to college, but this time I am trying to do it more efficiently and consistently. One of my main goals this time around it to eat right. Now I haven’t been downing fast food for three years or anything like that but I am now going to pay more attention to calories, protein intake, etc. I really want to see if tracking all this information and modifying it to what the "experts" and other people who have much more experience than I do, will help me achieve some muscle mass and maybe some lower body fat. Stepped on my friend’s body fat % scale the other day and it told me 12%. Not sure how accurate it is but I’m gonna say it is within one or two percent so I think I want to get to 9-10% body fat to look a little more cut. I’ll try to post on here often this way I can get more comments and insight from other users that are going through or have gone through the same process. Thanks for reading.
