Workout Log, etc
Monday, August 17th, 2009I haven’t been using this blog feature much, so for much more updated information, check out my log on the forums.
I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week since February 2009 now (and between a month to two on, I take a week to rest) and am feeling great. I’m slowly trying to improve my diet each week, working on changing one meal at a time. I feel if you try to overhaul everything at once, I often get turned off by the idea of having to calculate so many things etc and end up not doing it.
This past week has been pre&post workout nutrition, and maybe this week I’ll tweak breakfast a bit to add some more calories to it.
