I can tell that I made alot of improvements. Just looking at my before and after pictures tell the story. But I fell short of my goal of weighing under 200lbs. I only had 7lbs to loose in 8 weeks and couldn’t do it. but the upside is that you can tell by my Pic’s that I gained muscle.
My other goal was to increase the size of my arms. I did so by almost .5 inch. That’s great I’ll take it!

Have not been able to lift for the last few days due to a Army physical fitness test that I had to take this morning. Yes I passed, But this kind of puts a kill on my lifting since I have to work on a diffrent routine to prepare for this. I will start a new routine on Saturday.

Today a very exciting day I recieved my copy of the Bible (Anold Schwarzenegger) I think that I will need a spotter just to lift the book. Well here is my workout.
Squat rack

Seated Calf raise

Shoulder Press
Arm Curl
Cable Up Row (with rope)

Cable cross overs

Push-ups
pull-ups
T-bar Row
Barbell wrist curl
Push downs (on bench)
Cable pushdowns (with Rope)
I was suppos to do cardio at night, but personal issues came up.

I have not changed my workout routine for this challange in the 40+ group. I need to, but it won’t won’t happen until after the Duncan road march next month. A 20lb ruck and 15 miles. Fortunately this will help me loose the weight that I need to loose. It’s run by the Danish Army, so I should have a painfully good time.
Goals for 8 week challange:
Goal #1- I want to loose my belly. I weigh 205lbs now, I need to get down to 189lbs so the U.S.Army will leave me alone. (Under all that fat you just find the Lindburgh baby)
Goal#2- I want to have bigger arms. Right now my arms are about the size of a #2 pencil.
I will soon have more pictures up (Wed) and I just ordered some calipers from BB.com so I will also have body fat measurements as well when they come in.
