Well, just another average week. My weight went up slightly this week, but returned to the level it’s been all month. No photo today, for nothing has changed in two weeks.

FINALLY! I made it under 230. I wasn’t even this thin when I got married. I am so excited. It has been 12 years since I’ve seen the 220’s. And my man-boobs are almost gone. Fat Daddy no more.

In the last 15 days I have gained 1.6 pounds, but my bodyfat has dropped by 2.26%.

No picture today. My weight this morning was 232.8, which is a gain of 1.8 pounds. I haven’t been cheating, but I do feel like my body is holding water. My bodyfat percentage is 27.42%, which isn’t too terribly far off my last reading.

08/25/2007: 232.8 pounds  I lost 2.8 pounds of fat this week, getting my bodyfat percentage down to 27.17%. I can’t tell you how excited I am to be approaching 20%. I started at 42%.

Note: My bodyfat continues to drop while my lean mass continues to rise. Since I have started lifting weights, I have gained over 6 pounds of muscle and lost 15 pounds of fat.
