Saturday, September 29th, 20071) Dropped my bodyfat by 1.5%, moving from 27.17%down to 25.67%
2) Lost 3.1 pounds of fat, while gaining 4.5 pounds of lean mass (I began taking creatine on day 90)
3) Increased my 3 lift total (squat, deadlift and bench press) by 47 pounds
