Day 45: 07/12/07

Thursday, July 12th, 2007

Well, my pants are officially falling down. I can no longer wear my jeans, and will be heading to Wal-Mart for a smaller size this weekend.

I finished my home gym setup tonight, and will be posting pictures tomorrow if I have time.  I had some minor soreness from yesterday’s workout, but nothing that prevented me from working. Tomorrow I will perform a back/biceps workout.

Lastly, I tweaked my diet a bit, adding a Muscle Milk protein shake at 3 pm. On workout days I will throw in a banana with that shake so I have some pre-workout fuel.

Today’s calories = 2,600

Dungeon Update

Here is a picture of the dungeon with the squat rack, bench and plate rack. I still have a few more items to install.

I spent 3 hours after work assembling my new squat rack and bench unit, and man am I beat. I will take photos as soon as I can.

I still have a T-bar unit and an incline bench to assemble, but may wait until the weekend to do so.

I am tired! I had to lug about 900 pounds of equipment 100 yards to my house. Needless to say, I didn’t workout officially, but I got a great workout today.

Today’s calories = 2,300

Here is a picture of the "dungeon" pre-installation of my home gym. More pics to come this week. I also added a picture of myself, hamming it up after dropping from 310 to 247 over the last couple years.
