Squat Day

Man, have I been slacking off blogging my workouts. I have been trying to get back in the fiction writing groove, and while I am still attacking my workouts, my mind is on my book.

I felt strong as heck today. The weight seemed light. I can’t wait until my max test day in a couple of weeks.

Squat Day

Squat, 215×5 (60%), 250×4 (70%), 250×4, 285×3 (80%), 285×3, 320×2 (90%), 320×2, 320×2

Good Mornings, 225×9, 225×7

Stiff Leg Deadlift, 155×10, 155×10
