Day 144: 10/19/07

It’s amazing how much water (and other things) a body can hold. After my cheat birthday weekend last week, I found my weight on Monday to be a depressing 243.8 pounds. But, as the week moved forward, I dropped weight consistently.

This morning I weighed in at 233.2. That’s a 10.6 pound loss in 5 days.

I have refocused my diet, bumping my calories down about 300 daily, and want to hit 200-210 pounds by year’s end.

    Amazing week. Good luck on trying to drop 20+ lbs in 9 weeks. Keep up the great progress. As for me their is nothing I’d rather do than hoop. My next opportunity with these guys is the Wed&Fri surrounding Thanksgiving

    Wow! Thats wonderful. you really have to keep water weight in perspective. It likes to show up at the worst times. Good luck with you new goal. I know you will see succes.

    Wow that’s a lot of water! I think when your body is used to you eating clean it just kind of freaks out. That must have been some birthday weekend! I hope you enjoyed it!

    WATER , and other toxins…….OH lets say….im over 265 …
    Today go back on taking new stuff from bsn and back off on the calories first thing monday am, UNDER 3,000 is tuff for me and my job.
    I’m on vacation this week and i dont eat when there is no stress,
    have a great weekend !!!
