Day 108: 09/13/07
My knee felt slightly better today. If it is still bothering me on my next leg day, I am going to work up to a squat max instead of doing heavy reps. Tomorrow is deadlift day. I am going to try 415 for reps.
I took my bodyfat last night and found that I was down to near 25%. This is a drop of 2%, and reveals that even though I haven’t lost weight on the scale, I am still losing fat and gaining muscle.
Today’s calories = 2,900

I’ve learned to take my eyes of the scale and look at my body. It’s a good practice. That scale doesn’t tell the whole tale. Keep pushing yourself to succeed.

Holding your weight but dropping bf% is even better then losing weight - NICE!
