Day 101: 09/06/07

I thought today was going to be bad. Work was stressful yesterday, and I went to bed early last night, feeling exhausted and like I had the beginning of a cold. I awoke this morning feeling light-headed, but gradually felt better as the day went on.My workday went much, much better.

By the time I began working out, I felt energetic.

Chest Workout

Bench Press, 205×6, 205×4, 205×3

DB Bench Press, 65×9, 65×6

DB Overhead Press,  55×8, 55×6, 55×6

Close Grip Bench Press, 145×8, 145×6

Today’s calories = 2,900

On a side note, BB.com’s Misc. forum is out of control. I hopped on this morning for five minutes and witnessed a string of post replies that were beyond kosher. One poster was threatening to kill another because of their gender.

The inmates are ruling that asylum, and I for one am staying away. BB.com can do better than to let the crude garbage continue on their site.

Isn’t that funny how you can "feel" like you are getting a cold, but you don’t? I have not had a cold in a couple years now, but several times I have gone to bed feeling and thinking I was coming down with one, only to get up feeling fine - strange!

Glad you’re feeling better than anticipated man. I agree completely with your assessment of the forums. I read it too. That sh!t is completely out of line and a very poor reflection upon this site and its moderators.

I’m glad that you’re felling better. When you workout and eat right your body recovers faster from things. I hope everything else is good. Take care.
