Thursday, May 31st, 2007Good morning everyone. Sorry havent "blogged" lately, i am still new to this blogging thing and not sure exactly what is is or how it suposed to be done. I thinking it is like a daily diary type thing now where i can post pretty much what is going on in this case with my workouts, body comp changes, etc. So, i will try to keep better tabs on this thing.
Ok, ive been working out for a long time but took a few years off recently due to some life changes, two jobs and operations on my ears. The ears thing really knocked me off course as it affected my appetite,etc. Anyway, the reason brought that up is because i have been back at it now for about 8 months. I have my routine down pat as far as getting up early to work out. It has become second nature again to workout. The nutrition part is comng along slowly but none the less coming along. I am very pleased with the body comp and "look" of my physique. I still need to work on midsection more…as in more than before due to me getting older, my metabolsim isnt what it used to be…lol. But overall, i am pleased with progress. Well, i am off to get food ready for the day and then hit the iron. Until next time, take care and please check back soon.
