Howdy,
I’m planing on joining the Marines this October, so I decided to start this blog to keep track of my running, pullups/chinups, pushups and situps. I can do a decent amount of all these exercises eccept running, so this is probably going to be mostly about my running. If you have any profesional addvice for improving time on the 3 mile run it would be greatly appreciated.
