"So, my jaw has been healed for a while now and I've been working out and running. I've only gained back 5lbs, but I'm maintaining good muscle mass and deffination as well as strength for my wieght. Thanks for all the words of encouragement and advice"
I’ve only got one week left to myself guys. My shipout date for boot camp has been bumbed up to the 13th, so I’m just mostly running and doing my crunches, and of course pullups.
