Got a good power workout done today.
Deadlifts. warmup 10 reps of 120lbs, 5 reps of 160, 5 reps of 200, 5 reps of 240, 5 reps of 280. I want to get my max from 330lbs too 350lbs soon.
Seated rows. 100lbsx10, 120lbsx10, 140lbsx10.
Pullups. first set 15, second set 15, third set 10, fourth set 10.
Then I ran for 3.5 miles.
