I added another 5lbs to my bench press friday, so at the rate I’m going I will be benching my goal of 250lbs by september.

Got a good power workout done today.

Deadlifts. warmup 10 reps of 120lbs, 5 reps of 160, 5 reps of 200, 5 reps of 240, 5 reps of 280. I want to get my max from 330lbs too 350lbs soon.

Seated rows. 100lbsx10, 120lbsx10, 140lbsx10.

Pullups. first set 15, second set 15, third set 10, fourth set 10.

Then I ran for 3.5 miles.

Me and my old man went to town today to get me some new running shoes, so we where out pretty much all day. I got back in time to get some workout time in though.

I warmed up with 120lbs on bench then pressed 190lbs for 5 sets of 5. I also did some crunches, calve raises, and some pull ups. Then I did a 4.25 mile run. Oh, I also did a set of diamond push ups and chin ups.

I maxed out saturday. I added 5 more pounds to my bench, so I now can get 225lbs. Hope to get 250 by september.
